DFS, OFR and OIR employees needing a purchasing card must complete this training before receiving a PCard.

Managed by the Bureau of Financial Services, this course is designed to assist Purchasing Cardholders in achieving a working knowledge of the state requirements to holding a card. The training guides cardholders through statutes and procedures, cardholder responsibilities and security measures. After completion of this training, participants will have a better understanding of purchasing card guidelines.

DFS, OFR and OIR employees designated as approvers must complete this training before receiving authorization to approve in FLAIR for their designated cardholders.  Managed by the Bureau of Financial Services, this course is designed to assist FLAIR approvers for the purchasing card in achieving a working knowledge of the state requirements for approving charges properly in FLAIR. The training guides approvers through statutes, procedures and approver responsibilities.  After completion of this training, participants will have a better understanding of purchasing card approver responsibilities.   Passing the purchasing card training is required before the approver training can be accessed.
